Pea protein contains all the essential, non-essential and branched chain amino acids. Vegetables can be very high in protein but tend be limited in certain amino acids. 90+ Vegan synergistically blends different vegetable sources to ensure that you get all the essential amino acids. Grains are low in sulphur containing amino acids whilst pulses tend to be low in lysine.
